Ingredients
- 1 8-inch whole-wheat flour tortilla
- 1 tablespoon pizza sauce
- 12 leaves spinach leaves
- 3 tablespoons shredded part-skim mozzarella
Directions
- Place tortilla on a plate and spread pizza sauce over it.
- Top with a layer of spinach and sprinkle on cheese.
- Microwave until the cheese melts for roughly 45 seconds.
- Roll the tortilla up.
